With nearly a decade of experience in both K–12 education and higher education, I have built a strong background in student success, instructional support, program coordination, and collaborative leadership. I am passionate about helping students and educators achieve their goals while improving systems that support learning and professional growth.

In my current role as a Licensure Advisor at Liberty University, I guide future educators through degree planning, licensure requirements, and career pathways. I collaborate across departments, analyze student data to inform outreach efforts, and resolve complex student concerns to promote successful outcomes. Previously, as Residential Gate Coordinator, I managed licensure applications, coordinated field placements, and supported faculty and students throughout the educator preparation process, strengthening my organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Before transitioning to higher education, I spent six years teaching at the elementary and middle school levels. I designed engaging, data-driven instruction, differentiated learning to meet diverse student needs, collaborated with colleagues, mentored practicum students, and built strong partnerships with families. These experiences continue to shape my approach to leadership by emphasizing collaboration, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
